Senior Party Table at Conferences  

Invitations have gone out and it is time to think and breathe Senior Party.  Stop by the table in the cafeteria and register your student for the party, pick up a directory, volunteer to work at the party, donate items for that night, or just say 'Hey.’

 

Help us out by picking something off our Wish List to donate or lend. The Coffee Lounge is asking for donations of the following: Frappaccino, hot chocolate packets, tea, pastries(not before Thursday, 06.05.14), coffee syrups, creamer, coffee stir sticks, napkins, paper coffee cups with lids, and $5 Starbucks/Caribou gift cards.  Come to think of it, gift cards of any denomination to any teenage applicable establishment will be greatly appreciated for prizes at the party.  Medical will be looking for loans of inflatable air mattresses with a pump, blankets and pillows.

Junior Parents

Just over 100 days and you will be the parents of seniors.  I'll bet all you have been thinking about is their senior party.  If you have an interest in chairing any committee next year, this is the opportunity of a lifetime.  Come shadow the countdown to our party with this year's chair of the committee of your interest.  We are particularly looking for anyone interested in Registration Chair and an Entertainment Chair for 2015, but all are welcome.  If you are interested, please contact chair@hopkinsgradparty.com.

CLASS OF 2014 – SENIOR PARTY SILENT AUCTION FUNDRAISER

Just a little over two weeks until the Party Gras Silent Auction and more items have been added to the list.  A 'Tuttle's Bowling Night Out for Big Kids,’ $169 Mary Kay Spa Luxury Package, and a one month Life Time Fitness Family Membership (St. Louis Park)can each be yours for the highest bid.  Seniors Peter Kramer (standing bass) and Alex Tuthill-Preus (guitar) will play some smooth jazz while you sip your Hurricane Punch (low octane, of course) and do some shopping.

 

When you arrive at the auction, please sign in at the table to get your bidding number and your packet of items available to bid on that night. The auction will run from 5:30-8:30pm; sections will begin closing between 8:00-8:30pm to facilitate check out preparation.

 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to buy directories (don't forget the grad open house invitations), sign up to volunteer at the party, or purchase a party scholarship at the 'I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR' table.

SENIOR PARTY INVITATIONS

Senior Party Invitations will be distributed to students in Monday Advisory.  The cost is $30, lower than the ticket price in over 10 years.  Information on registration is on the invitation.  We encourage students to register now, as the price increases in May.  Also included in the invitation is a flyer about the Silent Auction.  Don't miss it!

SENIOR PARENTS

Please read this important message about the Infinite Campus All Night Grad Party registration fee!

Hopefully, you have heard that invitations to the All Night Grad Party are making their way home with your students soon! The Registration Committee wanted you to know we also have an online registration and payment process available.

All students will see an OPTIONAL fee appear on your Senior student’s Infinite Campus account labeled “All Night Grad Party.”  If you prefer to pay the registration fee online, use this fee to submit your payment (but remember your students still need to submit registration forms to be fully registered).  The students that submit payment in person or via mail, or decide not to attend the class party, will have this OPTIONAL fee removed at the end of the year.
