Donation Request Letter

To Whom it May Concern:

I represent the planning committee for the Hopkins High School Class of 2014 Senior Party.  Our goal is to provide a safe, all-night celebration for our students immediately following the graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 5^th, 2014.  We anticipate 550 students will attend.

Throughout the evening we will need numerous prizes for the games and door prized drawings.  This is where you can help.  We are looking for items such as products that represent your organization, gift cards/certificates, or any items of your choice.  Monetary donations are also welcome.  We would greatly appreciate anything you can donate to this event and all donations should be received by May 16^th, 2014.

If you choose to donate, you can either drop off your donation at the school or mail it to:
