Bidding begins at
5:30 PM and closes at 8:30 PM.

All items are
sold as is. All sales are final: there are
no exchanges. All bids are a legal
contract to buy.

Any value
indicated for an auctioned item is the good faith estimate of the donor and /or
auction staff.
4.
Restrictions
apply to some items. Purchasers are
responsible for making arrangements with the donor of the entertainment,
vacations and service. All items must be
used within the listed expiration date, if one is applicable.
5.
Each silent
auction item is represented by a “bid sheet” containing the item number,
description, estimated value and minimum bid.
The first bid must be at least the minimum.
6.
Bid increments
are listed on the bidding sheet and must be minimally followed.
7.
To place a bid,
please enter your name and contact information on the appropriate line of the
bid sheet.
8.
At the close of
the silent auction, the last bid – circled by the auction official –
constitutes the winning bid.
9.
Settlement will
begin as soon as the committee had collected the bid sheets and posted the
results.
10.
Cash, checks (made out to Hopkins Senior Party 2014) and credit cards will be
accepted.
11.
At settlement, the cashiers will give you the gift certificates you won.
12.
After settlement, please present your receipt at the check out table to
retrieve the items you won.
