  1. Senior Party 2014 FAQ
    1. When is the senior party?
    o  Immediately following the graduation ceremony, Thursday, June 5th, 2014
    2. Where is the senior party?
    o  For security reasons, we are not disclosing the location.
    3. How will the grads get to the party?
    o  Busses will take the grads directly from school to the venue and back to school by 5Am the next morning.
    4. How many students attend the party?
    o  Historically, 2/3rds of the senior class attends the party. Because the ticket cost is low (and because the party will be terrific), we hope to see 3/4 or more attend the 2014 party.
    5. What is the cost to the student?
    o  $30 through May 16th, $50 May 17th-June 4th, $75 on June 5th.
    6. What is the benefit to buying the ticket early?
    o  At this point, we hope to keep the ticket at $30, but it may rise slightly later in the year dependant on fundraising
    7. Why is the planning beginning now?
    o  Some of our fundraisers will be held in the summer of 2013.
    8. When will tickets be available?
    o  Information and order forms will be in the senior mailing being sent out to 2014 seniors at the end of the summer 2013.
    9. How can I volunteer?
    o  Senior Party - volunteer in a variety of areas from security to food to entertainment
    10.   Can I donate items to the party?
    o  Yes, food items, such as water, Frappacinos, and snacks will be requested closer to the night of the party
    o  Small increment gift cards will gladly be accepted for grads' gift bags (ie., Starbucks, Target, Chipotle)
    11.   Can I donate money?
    o  Yes, money will gladly be accepted.  Contact Sally McNamee at stmcnamee@comcast.net.   
    12.   What fundraisers are planned?
    o  Express Metals - a Hopkins recycling center where you can bring in metal and have the $ amount credited to the Senior Party 2014
    o  Renaissance Festival - Weekends and Labor Day 18 Aug - 29 Sep - Stop by our chicken and steak booths where a portion of the proceeds will be benefitting the Senior Party
    o  School Directory - Buy one in the fall; all profits going to the Senior Party
    o  Restaurant Fundraisers - Between October and April, a variety of local restaurants will be holding nights where a portion of the proceeds goes directly to the Senior Party
    o  Silent Auction - To be held March 4th, 2014; you can donate items to be auctioned off and attend to bid on items from food to art to theme baskets
    o  Prom - Tux rental, flowers, and limousine service will be available for prom with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Senior Party.
